Staying invisible is part of what my clients pay for. I'm early, so I'm not going to fake testimonials or blast client wins online. On a call, I'm happy to walk you through the opportunity, the process, and the kind of results the model is built to create.
I work with creators who already have an engaged audience and businesses that are serious about monetising what they've built. If you're earlier than that, I'm happy to take a look and see if there's a fit for a one-off sprint.
Sometimes. For longer partnerships, I can structure a fee with revenue share, or in some cases, a small equity position if it makes sense for both sides. I don't do equity-only deals.
Yes — a mutual NDA is standard before the first working session. It runs both ways and stays in place permanently.
Usually 7 to 14 days from signed agreement to kick-off. Most launch sprints begin within two weeks.
It depends on the scope. For some partnerships, I'll do a fixed fee; for others, I'll work on a revenue share. If it's a good fit, I'll walk you through the structure after the first call.
I usually prefer to plug into and level up the team you already have. If a full replacement is the right move, I'll say so.
Sprints have a clearly documented deliverable. If I don't ship it, you don't pay the final invoice. Ongoing partnerships can be cancelled each quarter, no drama.
The most useful conversations usually start with the question I haven't been asked yet. Send it over.
